• the previous minutes being read and approved
• 2008 Captains team results reports
• committee and team captain and vice captain proposal plus selections for 2009
• circulation to attendees of upcoming seasons league and social club fixtures
• tour by HCC Social Team to Hursley in UK
• review of club finances
• clubhouse and equipment repair status
• sports kitting for this season
• hard pitch funding review/planning
• discussion of possibility of considering a club bowling machine
• youth club team activity with Bagenalstown

The 2009 AGM  chaired by Richard Greene was successfully held on Monday 23rd March. Around 20 Club Members attended - the formal Minutes  will be posted on the web site here soon. Please see summary minutes. Very special thanks to Robbie Devenish and Des Drum for their Captaincy efforts in 2008.
